I received my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone, and raw foods. "I originally signed up with Jennifer because my gastroenterologist said he couldn't help me after several tests revealed that all the pain, discomfort, and general GI distress I had been experiencing for what seemed like forever 'must just be IBS.'
